A multi-use speed bag
Our design teams created this speed bag / reflex stand set for boxers that want to train alone while improving their hitting skills, accuracy and reflexes. The base is weighted with 8 L water bags and consists of a metal rod topYou can screw on the reflex stand to the base to train dodging.
Training with an ergonomic speed bag
Longer than the classic version, this speed bag has ergonomic foam that guarantees proper hand protection. "You can confidently practise jabs, hooks and uppercuts," promises Daniele, a retired competitive boxer and Outshock product manager. The 8 mm wide, 12 cm tall spring is quite responsive, giving you a fast rebound.
Adjusting your speed bag and reflex stand
The height of the speed bag is easily adjustable thanks to a sliding system on the central metal rod. It's a must-have for intermediate boxers measuring up to 1.90 m tall.
How to properly use the speed bag
Prevent injury by always wearing hand protection when training with the speed bag. We recommend that you always use it with boxing gloves or mitts, rather than your bare hands.
