60 to 90 g every hour is the quantity of carbohydrates recommended by sports nutritionists during high-intensity exercise. Our almond bars can be eaten during effort, giving you a quick energy refill. They are recommended for all endurance athletes.

REDUCED LIST OF INGREDIENTS

To improve the health benefits for athletes, we revised the recipe and reduced the list of ingredients, only keeping the essentials. The result? Marzipan whose composition is easily understood: sugar, almonds, honey, pectin, sea salt and the vitamins you need when practising sport.

MARZIPAN, DATE OR FRUIT BARS, WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES?

These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and balance between carbs/lipids/protein. The marzipan bars contain more lipids and protein than date or fruit bars. Above all, it's a question of preference. And there's nothing to stop you from combining them and alternating your tasty treats during a long workout.



Good to know: 100 g of almonds contain around 21 g of protein.
