Tyres
The Vittoria E-Randonneur Tech tyres have been specially developed for this bike.
They have a 3 mm nylon protective liner to greatly reduce the risk of picking up a puncture.
The tread pattern and quality of the compound ensure excellent traction on dry and damp ground.
Reflective band on the sidewalls to increase visibility at night.

Compatible accessories.
The bike is fitted with a fixed ringlock-type frame lock that locks the wheel.
The Ringlock can be used with the 900 Plug-In Chain to attach your bike to a fixed point. Product ref: 8767728
The frame is equipped with points for attaching a segment lock.
The pannier rack can hold 27 kg, including a child seat and all Decathlon bags.The bike is compatible with bike trailers. Please check compatibility with the brand.
CAN YOU RIDE THE BIKE WITH A FLAT BATTERY?
To make sure you reach your destination with peace of mind and to extend your bike's range as much as possible, we've managed the way the battery discharges.
When you have only 20% battery remaining, TURBO mode can't be used.
When there's only 10% battery remaining, only ECO mode can be used.
At 0% charge, the assistance cuts out so that there's still enough power for the controller to work. This allows you to pedal normally, even without assistance.

WHAT IS BATTERY LIFE?
Maximum battery life is 130 km in eco mode in optimal conditions. A bike's range varies according to the conditions in which it's used: wind, road profile, weight on board, number of stops/starts, etc. Each user will therefore have different results.
Overall feedback from our users gives the following average range on a full charge:

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE LD940.
This bike is also available with a low step-through frame.
S/M: between 1.55 m and 1.74 m
L/XL: between 1.75 m and 1.95 m
If you're between sizes, the smaller size will be easier to handle, while the bigger size will be more stable.
Stand.
The aluminium rear stand can take loads of 35 kg to keep the bike stable when laden with pannier bags.
The rear stand doesn't touch the cranks when you push the bike forwards or backwards when stopping.

Mode 0 - Deactivated
ECO Mode = +100% assistance: Extend your battery range (up to 130 km of range)
Tour Mode = +180% assistance: A mode that combines ease and reasonable consumption (up to 100 km of range)
Turbo Mode = +370%: Pull out all the engine's power when the road climbs (up to 80 km of range)
Pannier rack / mudguard
So that you can carry your belongings and stay clean and dry in any situation, the bike is equipped with a pannier rack and mudguard that have been designed exclusively for this range of bikes.
The pannier rack can carry up to 27 kg, including a child seat. The 12 mm diameter tubes make it compatible with the entire baggage range available at DECATHLON.
Aluminium mudguards attached with screw-on, rigid stays for maximum stability and solidity.
AN ERGONOMIC, MULTIFUNCTION CONTROLLER
The control on the handlebar has been specially developed for this bike and allows you to control the screen with your thumb, even when wearing gloves, with no need to take your hand off the handlebar.
You can use it to:
- navigate between the different displays with the joystick
- change the cadence with the joystick
- directly change the assistance mode
- turn the lights on and off.
