This Tunturi Acceleration Trainer is an ideal tool to train your acceleration, strength and explosiveness. The set consists of two hip straps and a resistance strap. One of the straps is placed around your own hips and then you attach the resistance strap onto it. The other end of the resistance strap needs to be attached on a fixed point, or around the waist of a training partner with the second hip strap. The acceleration trainer creates extra resistance during exercises. If you let the strap go, the resistance will suddenly drop. This alternation of resistance and drop creates a unique method to train movements in all directions.
The benefits of the Tunturi Acceleration Trainer ✔ Excellent tool for various explosive acceleration exercises ✔ Can be used with and without a training partner ✔ Hip straps with special filling: comfortable and safe ✔ Unique method to train movements in all directions
