Ranger is a dependable baseplate compass designed for hikers, backpackers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts who need accurate navigation in all conditions. Combining practical outdoor features with a durable construction, it is built to support confident route finding on trails, in the wilderness and beyond.
Whether you are hiking in the mountains, backpacking across remote terrain or navigating during a hunting trip, Ranger provides the essential tools needed for reliable orientation. The compass features a comfortable rubber grip bezel that makes handling easier, even when wearing gloves or in wet conditions.
The rotating compass housing is compatible with the SILVA 1-2-3 System® and helps you take precise bearings and navigate efficiently. A built-in declination scale inside the capsule allows the compass to be used in different regions around the world.
The built-in magnifier helps you read map details more clearly, making route planning easier in complex terrain. Integrated map scales in millimetres, 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 allow for quick distance calculations and compatibility with most hiking and outdoor maps.
Luminous markings make it easier to read the compass during early mornings, late evenings and low-light conditions. This provides additional confidence when visibility is limited and navigation remains critical.
Constructed from durable materials and designed for long-term outdoor use, Ranger delivers reliable performance in challenging environments. The waterproof construction and detachable safety lanyard make it a practical companion for a wide range of outdoor activities.
