Whether you are finishing the last miles of a hike at dusk or setting up camp under the stars, the BioLite AlpenGlow Mini provides the perfect lighting for every moment. This compact lantern is designed to travel effortlessly in your backpack and instantly brings atmosphere to your campsite. Thanks to the innovative ChromaReal LED technology, colors are displayed naturally, which is essential when preparing a meal or studying a map after daylight has faded.
Ease of use is central to this model. With the integrated elastic bungee strap, you can attach the lamp to a tent pole, a tree branch, or the outside of your bag in an instant. You don't need complicated hooks or extra accessories to light up your surroundings. By simply touching or operating the lantern, you can switch between functional white light and a palette of atmospheric colors. This makes the lamp not only practical for the serious camper but also a fun addition for families with children.
Technically, the AlpenGlow Mini has a maximum light output of 150 lumens, which is more than enough to illuminate a small tent or dining area. The internal 1,000 mAh battery is easily recharged via a modern USB-C port and provides up to 40 hours of light on the lowest setting. A smart reserve mode ensures you are never suddenly left in the dark, providing an extra two hours of light at low wattage when the battery is nearly empty.
The housing is IPX4-rated, meaning the lantern is resistant to rain showers and splashing water. Whether you are dealing with morning dew or an unexpected downpour, the technology remains protected. Due to its light weight of less than 100 grams, you hardly notice you are carrying it, while the robust construction ensures the lamp can withstand a bump during intensive use.
