UNITED Pushbike Picabo – Ultra-lightweight magnesium balance bike for children
The UNITED Picabo pushbike is specially designed to introduce children to cycling in a fun and intuitive way. Both the frame and fork are made from high-quality magnesium – a material that is not only extremely strong and rust-free, but also up to 33% lighter than aluminium.
With a total weight of just 2.9 kg, the Picabo is one of the lightest balance bikes available. This ultra-lightweight construction ensures significantly improved handling, especially for younger children. They can easily control, lift and manoeuvre the bike independently – a key advantage when learning balance and coordination.
Highlights: • Frame & fork: magnesium – strong, rust-free and around one third lighter than aluminium • Weight: only 2.9 kg – extremely light for optimal handling • Design: child-friendly colours and stripes for extra motivation • Wheels: racing wheels for a fast and comfortable riding experience • No pedals: supports balance, coordination and overall mobility
This balance bike replaces traditional tricycles or stabilisers. Children learn to balance from the very beginning and can switch to a pedal bike from around 3 years of age – without the need for training wheels.
Thanks to its ultra-lightweight design, children can confidently handle not only straight paths but also corners, slalom riding, gentle climbs and descents with ease.
The UNITED Pushbike Picabo is therefore the perfect companion for first cycling adventures – lightweight, durable and perfectly tailored to children's needs.
