Trekmates - Cairngorm GTX Gaiter
The Trekmates Cairngorm GTX Gaiter is a dependable choice for walkers needing strong weather protection on wet and muddy terrain. The upper section is made from 3 - layer GORE - TEX, offering excellent waterproof and breathable performance to keep your lower legs dry and comfortable. The lower panels use durable 600D ripstop polyester, giving extra abrasion resistance when moving through rough ground, brush or rocky paths. Its trekking fit is designed to work with most standard walking boots, providing a secure, streamlined feel without restricting movement.
The gaiter fastens with a zip and hook - and - loop storm flap, helping prevent debris and water from entering. An elasticated ankle and rear hem hold it in place as you walk, while the adjustable calf with a snag - free split drawcord allows you to customise the fit. A tough, non - slip under - boot strap ensures long - lasting stability, and the metal lace hook at the front hem helps keep the gaiter aligned during each step. Practical, protective and robust, the Cairngorm GTX Gaiter is ideal for year - round hiking, especially in wet autumn and winter conditions.
