Do you want to do a full-body workout? The rowing movement is a very complete movement: you get all major muscle groups working. With the Tunturi Cardio Fit R30 Rower, you work on building muscle mass, in a controlled manner.
The benefits of the Tunturi Cardio Fit R30 Rowing Machine ✓ Efficient full-body movement trainer ✓ 8 resistance levels ✓ Easy to move and store ✓ An LCD monitor that displays the different parameters ✓ Works on batteries
Measuring is knowing The Cardio Fit R30 shows you the most important parameters while you train: time, calories, amount of strokes, and total amount of strokes of all exercises combined. This is all shown on the clear display (80 x 42 mm / 3.1 x 1.7 inches) of the monitor. You know what effect your workout has. You learn to assess and improve your workout's effectiveness. The rotating mass is 4,5 kg. Set the resistance to one of the 8 possible levels.
Tablet support Rowing boring? Watch your favourite series or a good movie while training: put your tablet in the holder that's provided. The rowing machine's magnetic flywheel makes hardly any noise and won't distract you.
Compact and moveable The large aluminium monorail and comfortable ergonomic seat ensure a smooth rowing movement. Buckle your feet into the tilting footplates with safety straps. The rowing machine is foldable: you can store it away neatly. Row where you want to: with the transport wheels at the bottom, you can move the R30 in one smooth movement.
