Travel light and stay hydrated. This 0.1 micron water filter ensures access to clean drinking water by removing 99.99999% of bacteria and protozoa.
Sold and shipped by Outdoor Food
Heading out into the wild demands smart solutions for basic needs. Carrying heavy packs of water is often impractical during long treks or remote stays. This compact filtration system allows you to source water directly from rivers, lakes, or streams, ensuring you stay hydrated without the extra weight. Whether you are deep in the woods or exploring mountain trails, you have a reliable way to obtain safe water.
The system is designed for versatility and ease of use. It fits in the palm of your hand and can be used in multiple ways: as a straw to drink directly from the source, attached to a standard PET bottle, or used with the included squeeze bag. It is ready for immediate use, making it an essential part of your gear for any adventure where clean water is not guaranteed.
Technically, the filter utilizes a 0.1 micron absolute hollow fiber membrane. This technology physically traps and removes 99.99999% of bacteria (such as E. coli) and 99.9% of protozoa and parasites. It is also effective at filtering out microplastics. Because it relies on mechanical filtration, no chemicals or batteries are required, providing instant results with a flow rate of up to 1.7 liters per minute.
Maintenance is straightforward with the integrated backwash system. Using the provided cleaning syringe, you can flush the filter to clear out debris and maintain a high flow rate. This process significantly extends the lifespan of the filter, which has a capacity to purify up to 3,500 liters of water. The lightweight composite material ensures it remains a sturdy yet nearly weightless addition to your survival or travel kit.
