We created the Q rings 110BCD for your compact cranks on the premise that you could pedal more efficiently if you could get more out of your maximum effort while reducing the time spent in the dead spots of a pedal rotation. The subtle but effective 10% ovalization of the Q-rings, combined with an unprecedented orientation factor, results in an improved, performance-driven pedal stroke. Choose from 5 Optimal Chainring Positions (OCP) to refine your riding experience and go farther and faster with less fatigue.

Equipped with the latest CNC resources, the ROTOR parts are machined with precision to within one hundredth of a millimeter. Optimal chainring position only possible with Q-rings Optimal chainring position (OCP) represents the different adjustment positions that ROTOR Q-rings offer to suit the rider's distinct pedaling style. The Q-rings offer up to 5 OCPs, with OCP 3 being an intermediate starting point, to optimize your pedaling style. You can determine your OCP if you know your optimal chainring angle (OCA), which you can find by performing a TORQUE 360 pedaling analysis using 2INpower and INpower software from ROTOR.
