You can easily lay out the speed ladder and use it for various training sessions. Such training ladders are useful at all levels, from youth to adults, recreational athletes to professionals and for individual and group training. The ladder helps to improve your skills in all kinds of sports, including footwork and agility for football and hockey. Fine length and extendable With its 4 metres, the speed ladder is a fine length. Do you want to make a longer course? Then use the handy click system to connect an extra ladder (not included). The ladder has a width of approximately 47 cm. Adjustable steps and ground spikes Evenly distributed over the agility ladder, the steps are about 40 cm apart, so that both young people and seniors can train. You can also very easily adjust the steps by moving the rungs of the ladder. This way, you choose the desired distance for your training. Shorten the distance for fine footwork or increase the distance for an extra intensive workout. The training set includes 4 pegs that keep the ladder in place. Each step has three holes through which you can insert the ground spike to secure the ladder. All kinds of exercises In addition to adjusting the ladder, you can also vary the approach route and the type of movement. The manual that comes with the ladder gives various tips. You can walk down the agility ladder in a linear movement from beginning to end, but you can also go sideways. You can do exercises running, jumping or with knee lifts. In short, a lot of variation is possible! **Storing ** When you are finished, roll up the training ladder and put it in the supplied storage bag together with the pegs. This way you keep everything together and the ladder hardly takes up any space. It's also easy to take the ladder with you to the sports field or the park for some exercises.
