Motor assistance and drivetrain controlThe ENGWE ZIP electric city bike uses a 250W motor operating at 36V and has a stated assisted speed of 25 km/h. Assistance works with Shimano 7-speed drivetrain with torque-sensor assistance so the rider can select an appropriate cadence and response for starts, level streets and moderate gradients. Motor output supports pedalling and does not replace responsible control. Select a speed suited to traffic, surface grip, visibility and local rules.Battery capacity and practical riding rangeEnergy is supplied by a removable 36V 10Ah lithium-ion battery, providing 360Wh of nominal capacity and a stated assisted range of 120 km under the product reference conditions. Charge in a dry, ventilated place, inspect the connector before use and keep the charging area clear. During storage, check and recharge the battery periodically in accordance with the user manual. The battery is integrated into the compact step-through frame and removable for charging, and a normal charge takes about 2 hours with the specified charger.Braking performance and visibility equipmentFor speed control, the ENGWE ZIP is equipped with front and rear 180 mm dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes. The front and rear systems give the rider balanced control when they are applied progressively and maintained correctly. Visibility and ride-information equipment are included in a folding stem, front and rear mudguards, rear carrier, colour display, ENGWE app control, GPS and 4G… Actual stopping distance changes with speed, total load, tyre grip, rain, loose material and road contamination.Tyres, suspension and supported loadThe 16 × 1.95-inch urban tyres and suspension seatpost support stable city riding. Product data gives a bike weight of 16.9 kg and a maximum supported load of 120 kg. These values help the rider judge handling, parking and transport requirements without overstating performance. Maintain the recommended tyre pressure for grip, efficiency and braking, and secure luggage so it cannot… 8 kg and a maximum supported load of 150 kg.Everyday design, setup and maintenanceDaily practicality comes from the triple-folding frame, mudguards, rear rack, colour display, app control and road lighting. The design is intended for commuting, errands and mixed urban routes while retaining the normal controls and responsibilities of a bicycle. Adjust the saddle and handlebar within their marked limits, make sure quick releases and the folding frame or stem mechanism… Keep loose clothing and luggage away from the chain and wheels.
