Compact triple-folding design The ENGWE Zip folds to approximately 62.5 x 37.4 x 67.3cm for easy storage at home, in a car boot or alongside a mixed-mode commute. It weighs 19.4kg with the battery fitted (16.9kg without). Its steel frame has 16 x 1.95in urban hybrid tyres, a rigid front fork and a suspension seatpost, making it best suited to roads, cycle routes and paved or firm gravel paths.
Responsive help for everyday riding A 250W rear-hub motor delivers up to 40Nm of torque. The torque sensor responds to your pedalling effort, with three assistance levels and Shimano 7-speed gearing for changing gradients. Assistance cuts off at 15.5mph (25km/h). Hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors provide controlled stopping.
Portable 360Wh battery The removable 36V 10Ah LG-cell battery charges through USB-C with the supplied 100W PD charger and can also serve as a portable power bank. ENGWE quotes 60km in PAS 3, 85km in PAS 2 and up to 120km in PAS 1. For everyday planning, allow roughly 25-67 miles (39-108km) depending on rider and load, hills, wind, temperature, tyre pressure and assistance level.
Practical city equipment The Zip includes a 3.2in colour display, front and rear lights, quick-release pedals and a kickstand. The rear rack is not included as standard. The recommended rider height is 155-190cm and maximum load is 120kg. Check the supplied bike carefully and follow the setup and safety instructions before riding.
