In other words, three birds with one stone!ℹ TIP: When sitting on the birth ball during pregnancy, make sure your hips are higher than your knees. This ensures the most optimal position for the baby.ℹ Gift tip: For all men — this is the ideal gift to give to your pregnant partner.Instructions for use: Follow the 5 steps below for optimal enjoyment:Step 1: Leave the ball at room temperature for 2 hours Remove the ball from the packaging, unfold it and leave it at room temperature for two hours. This normalises the temperature of the ball, making it easier to inflate.Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80% First inflate the ball to approximately 80% using the included hand pump. Insert the white plug into the hole and wait 24 hours.Step 3: Fully inflate the ball after 24 hours Once at least 24 hours have passed, it's time to fully inflate the ball. Keep inflating until it is completely full, then insert the white plug into the hole.Step 4: Check diameter and sitting posture After fully inflating, check the diameter of the ball and your sitting posture. This will help you determine whether a little more air needs to be added or released. Sinking too far down? Inflate the ball a little more. Feet not flat on the floor or thighs tilting downward? There is too much air in the ball.Step 5: Ready for use In the most ideal situation, leave the ball for another 24 hours before using it.The benefits of the versatile Rockerz Yoga Ball ✔ Improves your balance, coordination and strength ✔ Strengthens and loosens your muscles ✔ Sitting ball for working at a desk ✔ Handy for fitness/Pilates exercises ✔ Gym ball for pregnant women ✔ Skin-friendly and hypoallergenic material ✔ Reinforced anti-slip edges ✔ Anti-burst material ✔ Easy to inflate with hand pump ✔ Lightweight ✔ Including instruction card with exercises ✔ Easy to store when deflated ✔ Available in various colours (mint green, black, blue, purple, orange and grey) ✔ Available in various sizes (see size chart below)It is important to use the correct size fitness ball.
