This model features a Kashima coating that minimizes friction and increases durability. An advanced EVOL air spring with adjustable volume is also used. The Float X Factory is coated with the signature Kashima coating, which significantly reduces internal friction, resulting in smoother operation and longer shock life. This protection is abrasion and corrosion resistant, ensuring the shock maintains high performance even during intense use in challenging conditions. EVOL Adjustable Spring: The advanced design of the EVOL air spring increases sensitivity to minor bumps and improves stroke progression, ensuring a stable ride. The ability to adjust the spring volume using the included tokens (Volume Spacer) allows for precise tuning of the damping characteristics to the rider's weight, riding style, and frame geometry.
