The "Fractional Plate" discs are specifically designed for Olympic bars with a 51 mm bore, ensuring universal compatibility and a stable fit on the bar. Their compact diameter makes storage and stacking on bars easy and space-efficient.
These plates allow very fine load adjustments from 0.5 kg up to 2.5 kg per disc, ideal for progression in strength training, powerlifting and weightlifting. They help to advance strength gradually to optimise gains and reduce the risk of overload.
The high-quality rubber coating absorbs shocks and minimises scratches, protecting both the floor and your equipment. The material is designed to withstand heavy use in the gym or at home and remains easy to clean.
The precision-machined bore enables express mounting and a play-free fit, making weight changes smooth and quick during sessions. The compact profile of the discs facilitates easy handling and a discreet fit on the bar.
Intended for strength training, powerlifting and weightlifting, these fractional plates are perfect for users seeking a precise load adjustment to improve technique and progression safely.
