The Bruce Lee Slam Man is designed to improve speed, agility and hand‑eye coordination. With light indicators and target exercises, you work on the precision of punches and kicks while maintaining a cardio intensity similar to professional training.
With 15 computer programmes and 3 difficulty levels, you can vary your sessions according to your progress: interval training, technical combinations or reaction exercises. Each programme targets speed, responsiveness and muscular endurance.
The adjustable height (162 / 173 / 183 cm) allows the dummy to be adapted to the user's body size and different types of strikes. Ideal for practitioners of boxing, martial arts and home workouts.
The freestanding base can be filled with water or sand up to 120 kg to ensure optimal stability during training. The dummy is made of robust plastic, offering durability and resistance to repeated impacts.
