Revity Forearm Trainer
1. What is the Revity Wrist Roller?
The Revity Wrist Roller is a modern training tool designed to strengthen the forearm muscles, wrists and grip strength. It is compact yet extremely effective, allowing an intense weighted rotary arm workout—without large machines or specialised equipment. All you need is a weight plate, a few metres of free space, and you’re ready to go.
It’s an excellent solution for both athletes and recreational users—at home, in the gym, and even outdoors.
2. Key information
- Non-slip grip design: a high-traction surface provides a secure hold—without foam that absorbs sweat and wears out. The bar is 40.5 cm long with a 3 cm diameter, offering an ideal balance between comfort and training effectiveness.
- Stable strap: an abrasion-resistant strap with a D-ring ensures smooth winding and unwinding of the load. Maximum load: 100 kg.
- Solid weight holder: compatible with most plates (standard and Olympic). You can also attach smaller dumbbells or a kettlebell.
- Damage protection: a wide base with a rubber ring protects the floor and stabilises the load.
- Safety and smooth movement: the load does not pull down suddenly, and the strap movement stays controlled and comfortable, even with heavy weight.
3. How does the Revity Wrist Roller work?
The Wrist Roller works by mechanically winding and unwinding a weighted strap using wrist and forearm rotation. It’s a simple design that engages a maximum number of muscles—without relying on large, expensive machines.
- Attach the weight to the strap using the carabiner.
- Grip the handle with both hands and raise it in front of you.
- Rotate the bar with your wrists to wind the strap and lift the weight.
- Slowly unwind the strap, controlling the weight on the way down.
- Repeat the cycle several times while keeping muscular tension.
4. Why choose the Revity Wrist Roller?
- Professional finish: robust structure, precisely made components, strong strap.
- No compromises on quality: no foam = no issues with sweat, wear, or replacement.
- Safety and comfort: rubber base protects the floor, carabiner included, full control of the weight.
- Ready to use: just add a plate and you can start.
