This complete set contains 10 pairs (20 dumbbells) from 2.5 to 25 kg in 2.5 kg increments: two each of 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5 and 25 kg. The rubber-coated hexagonal heads help prevent rolling and reduce noise. Knurled chrome handles provide a secure grip. The included three-tier steel rack keeps the full set organised for strength training in home gyms, studios and fitness clubs.
