The PH Fitness All-in-One Power Rack combines a Smith machine, free-weight rack, pec deck, dual cable trainer and leg press in one complete strength station for your home gym.
Combine squats, presses, flyes, rows, pull-ups and dips. Both cable weight stacks are included; loose plates for Smith and free-weight training are not. Assembly requires at least two people; allow approximately four hours. For intensive home use and regular use in a small personal-training studio, not continuous high-frequency use in a large commercial gym.
The pictured training bench and separate lat pulldown seat are optional accessories and are not included.
