Controlled training performance speed 1–16 km/h and motor 1000 W brushless (3.5 HP peak). The stated operating range is presented so the user can choose a level that suits walking, running, cycling, rowing or climbing without assuming performance beyond the supplied specifications. Start at a low setting, increase gradually and keep movement controlled. Actual effort depends on cadence, user weight, selected incline or resistance and training duration. The equipment should be used on a level, stable floor with enough free space, and every session should include a suitable warm-up and cool-down.Comfort and movement quality running surface 120 × 46 cm. The contact surfaces, belt or drive system, frame and shock-absorbing elements are intended to support steady indoor exercise. Comfort still depends on correct posture and adjustment: keep the feet centred, avoid abrupt changes, and use the hand supports only as intended. Noise figures and cushioning details describe the supplied configuration but can vary with floor type, assembly and maintenance. A protective floor mat, balanced placement and regularly checked fasteners help maintain smooth and stable operation.Clear tracking and practical controls app compatibility: Fitshow. The display and available controls are designed to make the main workout data easy to follow while exercising. Use the physical buttons, remote control or compatible app only where that function is specified for this model, and never rely on a screen in place of attentive movement. Values such as time, speed, distance, calories or heart rate are useful training references rather than medical measurements. Confirm the selected program or level before starting, keep cables and devices secure, and stop if the equipment behaves unexpectedly.Capacity, fit and safe use incline 0–24% and max. user weight 150 kg. The maximum user weight and adjustment range are limits for this exact product and must not be exceeded. Before every use, check that the frame is stable, locking points are engaged, pedals or running belt are unobstructed and the safety key is fitted where supplied. Wear suitable sports footwear and clothing, keep children and pets away from moving parts, and maintain a clear area around the equipment. Anyone with a health concern should obtain appropriate professional advice before beginning a new exercise routine.Storage, setup and care space-saving storage. Folding parts, transport wheels and compact dimensions make storage easier only when the product is handled as described in its manual. Stop the machine completely, disconnect power where applicable and allow moving parts to settle before folding, lifting or moving it. Keep the equipment dry, remove dust and perspiration after use, and inspect the belt, pedals, rails, cables and fasteners regularly. Lubricate or adjust only at the points specified by the manufacturer, and do not place heavy objects on a folded or stored unit.
