Controlled training performance 3 incline. The stated operating range is presented so the user can choose a level that suits walking, running, cycling, rowing or climbing without assuming performance beyond the supplied specifications. Start at a low setting, increase gradually and keep movement controlled. Actual effort depends on cadence, user weight, selected incline or resistance and training duration. The equipment should be used on a level, stable floor with enough free space, and every session should include a suitable warm-up and cool-down.Comfort and movement quality noise level Clear tracking and practical controls training display LED. The display and available controls are designed to make the main workout data easy to follow while exercising. Use the physical buttons, remote control or compatible app only where that function is specified for this model, and never rely on a screen in place of attentive movement. Values such as time, speed, distance, calories or heart rate are useful training references rather than medical measurements. Confirm the selected program or level before starting, keep cables and devices secure, and stop if the equipment behaves unexpectedly.Capacity, fit and safe use max. user weight 150 kg and 85 × 47 cm. Wear suitable sports footwear and clothing, keep children and pets away from moving parts, and maintain a clear area around the equipment. Anyone with a health concern should obtain appropriate professional advice before beginning a new exercise routine.Storage, setup and care space-saving storage. Keep the equipment dry, remove dust and perspiration after use, and inspect the belt, pedals, rails, cables and fasteners regularly. Lubricate or adjust only at the points specified by the manufacturer, and do not place heavy objects on a folded or stored unit.
