Ergonomic curl bar for targeted biceps and triceps work. 47"
Sold and shipped by InTheMarket
ITM FITNESS 47" Olympic Curl Bar - ergonomic, commercial-grade bar for focused arm training. Designed to isolate biceps, triceps and forearms, this 120cm (47") curl bar features a W-shaped bend that positions wrists in an ergonomic semi-supinated grip, reducing joint strain during curls and extensions. Adjusting hand placement on the angled grips shifts emphasis between the inner and outer biceps and improves triceps targeting during skull crushers and overhead extensions. Constructed from high-tensile spring steel with a choice of Chrome, Cerakote-Red or Titanium-Gold finishes, the bar supports up to 200kg (440lb) and suits home or commercial gyms. Diamond-pattern knurling provides a secure, non-slip hold, while needle and ball bearings in the 50mm sleeves ensure smooth rotation under load, minimising plate wobble and enhancing safety. Key specs - total length 120cm (47"), bar weight 8.5kg, max capacity 200kg, sleeve diameter 50mm (fits 2" Olympic plates), sleeve loading length 18cm per side, grip diameter 25mm. Ideal exercises - EZ-bar curls, preacher curls, reverse curls, skull crushers, overhead tricep extensions, close-grip presses, upright rows and front raises. Stop compromising on form and lift with precision.
