The eGlide is a premium e-bike chain compatible with SHIMANO LINKGLIDE ### Technology , which sets a new standard for smooth and reliable shifting. KMC developed a chain that fully supports these characteristics while meeting the high demands for use on modern e-bikes. The patented Shield-Tech riveting and large-dimension, reinforced rivets provide superior strength that can withstand high lateral shear forces. Used for Shimano CUES 9 to 11 speed E-Bike systems, this chain delivers a smooth and decisive shifting performance no matter what. Designed with a special plate ### Technology for wider cog teeth that reinforces the efficient shifting. EPT Coating The EPT anti-rust coating ### Technology (EPT) from KMC protects chains against corrosion for twice as long as conventional rust protection, setting a new standard. Each component of every chain link is treated separately with EPT. This means a 100% coating that offers the lowest possible attack by water, salt, and air humidity. Another characteristic of EPT: The very smooth surface gives chains excellent running qualities. Dirt buildup is minimised in the long term, which means that chain maintenance is significantly relieved.
