Lifespan C5i Upright Bike Hometrainer, the bike you power up yourself
Do you like to be challenged a bit? Do you love cycling? Or do you just want to train effectively? You can, with the Upright Bike Hometrainer C5i. Exercising on this bike is more challenging, because you have to keep pedaling to power it up and keep it running. Pedaling through is also the only way to get the display to work. This is a strong motivator for you to keep cycling. Another plus is the ease with which you can place the upright bike, because it's not dependent on a socket to get electricity.
Comfortable exercise bikes for users measuring between 152 and 203 cm
To enjoy a lengthy workout you have to be comfortable. The C5i does a great job comfort wise. It has a large and roomy, nicely cushioned seat, which can be adjusted into 19 different heights ranging from 76 to 104 cm, measured from the top of the seat to the fully extended pedal. This ensures athletes measuring between 152 and 203 cm a pleasant and joint-friendly ride, no matter your speed, resistance level or workout time.
16 resistance levels and 34 training programs to train at your own terms
The available resistance levels are quite something. No less than 16 resistance levels offer you a strenuous and challenging workout in which you have to be on top of your game. Whatever your training goals may be, the C5i Upright Bike Hometrainer offers you the astounding number of 34 training programs to achieve them with. You can also set up your own training schedule to train at your own terms.
Exercise bike with tablet holder for a fun cardio workout at home
Of course, cycling outdoor is a lot more fun than indoor between four walls. Fortunately with the C5i you can make your indoor cycle training a lot more fun, thanks to the multi-color LCD display with media-holder. Simply place a tablet or smartphone in the holder to view your training results or indulge yourself with a good movie, series, book, or some nice music. Indoor cycling never has to be tedious and annoying again.
The exercise bike for an intensive and challenging cardio endurance training
The Lifespan C5i Upright Bike Exercise Bike can be used semi-professional in physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices, gyms and by personal trainers, but also at home by athletes who enjoy intensive and challenging endurance training. It's nearly silent in use so you won't disturb others while you're training. With its small footprint it's very ease to set up anywhere you like. Are you looking for a reliable and durable exercise bike you can use to train intensively and effectively, without straining your joints? Look no further than the Upright Bike Hometrainer C5i.
