Sold and shipped by Sport is good
The classic for forearm training! The Powerball® generates a training weight of up to 16 kg thanks to its gyroscopic movements. A positive training effect can be achieved even at low speed. The Powerball® has excellent rotational stability, with each unit being electronically balanced. The steel axle and shock-resistant ABS plastic casing ensure great stability. With the non-slip rubber band, you have a secure and firm grip during training. Inside the Powerball® is a rotor weighing about 200 g, which you set in motion using gyroscopic movements. This creates a moment of rotation around the axis, developing stability due to the moment of inertia and rotational speed. Features - Dimensions: approx. Ø 7.5 cm - Rotations: up to 16,000 - Weight: approx. 250 g - Delivery: Powerball®, 2x start cord and instruction manual. Advantages - Trains all the arm muscles - Small and very handy - Suitable for all performance levels. How to get started with the Powerball® Insert the supplied start band into the hole of the yellow rotor and wrap the cord along the groove around the rotor. To start the Powerball®, hold it in your fist and pull the band completely with a sharp tug. Then, begin the rotational movement to spin the rotor.
