The Ground Game Athletic Long Sleeve Rashguard Khaki is a great training shirt for grappling, MMA, and other combat sports. During contact sports training, especially on the ground, your skin is exposed to abrasions, which can be uncomfortable. To avoid this, it's worth wearing an outer layer made of flexible, smooth fabric that prevents skin abrasions. The tight-fitting material also stays in place and doesn't bunch up, so it doesn't get in the way during dynamic movements during combat sports training. The rashguard also provides excellent ventilation and sweat management, so you'll feel comfortable even on the hottest days. • Polyester 84%, Elastane 8%, Micromesh 8% • Durable and flexible material • "Second skin" protects against abrasions • The fabric wicks away sweat well • Ventilation panels under the arms • Durable print Size chart (cm): S 86 68 68 M 88 70 70 L 92 72 72 XL 96 74 75 XXL 101 76 77
