There are sleeping bags, there are comfy sleeping bags – and then there is the Skandika Oppdal. This super-soft, extra-warm rectangular sleeping bag adds a touch of luxury that can turn a simple night’s sleep into the best possible rest on your next outdoor adventure.
Luxurious space to move The straight, rectangular shape of this premium sleeping bag gives you plenty of room from head to toe. With a generous full width of 90 cm, it’s cut much wider than standard bags. You can turn over easily in your sleep, stretch out or even curl up with bent knees – without feeling restricted.
Timeless, stylish design The classic green–beige colour combination is subtly highlighted by the quality Skandika branding patch and colour-coordinated zips with elegant Skandika pullers. With the Skandika Oppdal you don’t just sleep well – you also camp in style.
Soft-touch, rustle-free fabric The brushed Softtouch outer shell and inner lining feel wonderfully cosy, breathable and, importantly, rustle-free. Oppdal is as soft and quiet as your duvet at home, with no crackling noises when you move. Pure comfort.
3-season sleeping bag with feel-good warmth Thanks to its 2 × 150 g/m² 3D hollow fibre filling, this 3-season sleeping bag is ideal for comfort temperatures down to 7°C. Unusually for a rectangular bag, it features a generously sized head section with a 13 cm high collar and drawcord, keeping things snug and warm and inviting you to burrow in and drift off.
Thoughtful zip system The 2-way zip, with integrated anti-snag webbing, can be opened smoothly from inside or outside without catching. A full-length insulated baffle helps prevent warm air escaping along the zip, while a double Velcro tab at the top makes sure the zip stays securely closed through the night.
Easy-care and machine washable You can wash the Oppdal in the machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle, giving it a proper freshen-up without the colours fading. Two hanging loops at the foot end make it easy to air or dry the bag after washing – also handy for hanging it on a clothes hanger.
Clever head section A small inner pocket with Velcro fastening keeps your phone, keys or other small valuables safe and close at hand. The hood section can be completely unzipped and removed so the sleeping bag opens out into a large, rectangular blanket – perfect for picnics or lounging outdoors.
Smart compression sack The included stuff sack makes transport and storage simple and dust-free. Compression straps with buckles – some with quick-release clips – let you pack the bag down to a compact size. The clever top cover ensures that everything inside stays clean and dry, even around the opening.
Versatile & practical This luxury rectangular sleeping bag is a durable, low-maintenance and wonderfully cosy companion for anyone who likes plenty of freedom to move at night. It’s ideal for camping, festivals and surprise overnight guests. Fully opened out, Oppdal also works brilliantly as an outdoor blanket for picnics or playtime with the kids.
