Imagine this: you start your WOD, you’re doing double-under or interval training, and your rep count shows up right on the handle. No mental math—you stay focused on your breathing and form. The PVC rope glides smoothly over smooth floors, the ergonomic PP/ABS handles provide a secure grip even when things heat up, and the 360° swivels reduce twisting. The result: a smooth rhythm, fewer stops, and more calories burned. The rope is adjustable: cut or tuck away the excess into the handle to precisely match your body type. The mechanical counter requires no batteries—it’s ultra-reliable and maintenance-free. Quick tips
Adjustment: place one foot in the middle, pull the rope taut; the handles should reach sternum level. Use it on smooth floors (carpet, rubber tiles) to extend its life. Cleans handles with neutral pH after use.
