In some disciplines, the use of single chainring reigns supreme. Combining simplicity, strength and durability, the SRAM RED 1 AXS™ power sensor meets the expectations of triathletes, time trial riders and crossmen. The power sensor enjoys better aerodynamics thanks to the direct-mount aero chainring and seamless integration, and the tighter range of developments is especially suited for racing and flat courses.Details The single chainring drivetrain simplifies operation and reduces weight. The 48- and 50-tooth versions have direct-mount aero chainrings for improved aerodynamics. The 36-46 tooth variants have a power sensor located at the star. The power data is accurate to +/- 1.5% and is not affected by weather conditions. Power Balance allows for separate left leg/right leg data. SRAM X-SYNC™ chainring technology (with alternating wide toothing/narrow toothing) provides maximum chain control. Laser-etched chainring finish is more durable. DUB™ bottom bracket adds in durability, simplicity and extends compatibility. Chain line: 45mm. Chainring material: aluminum. Crank material: Carbon.
