The Shimano CN-HG71 chain is designed for 6, 7 and 8 speeds, offering broad compatibility with many groupsets. Its narrow HG profile enables fast and reliable gear changes, whether off‑road or on the road.
Made from quality steel, the CN-HG71 combines strength and longevity. The 116 links ensure correct tension and easy fitment to most rear wheels in single‑ring setups.
Weighing approximately 330 g and finished in grey, this chain reduces unsprung mass while remaining robust enough for dynamic rides. The non‑directional design simplifies fitting and maintenance.
Designed for All‑Mountain MTB and versatile outings, this chain efficiently transmits pedalling power to the rear sprocket even in demanding conditions. It is especially suitable for riders seeking reliability and precise shifting.
With 116 links and a standard design, the CN-HG71 is easy to install and simple to maintain with regular lubrication and wear checks to ensure lasting performance.
