Model for a single-speed crankset (BL-RX810 is a brake lever without gear shifting). The brake is supplied as a J-KIT, i.e. the lever/caliper with hose are filled with fluid, but you must connect them yourself. The adapter visually resembles the PM (postmount) standard, but comes with a 70mm spacing in the flat mount standard (postmount is 74mm). Ice Technologies: Brake fading reduces braking performance during prolonged, uninterrupted use. Shimano has introduced Ice-Tech brake rotors and brake pads to create a cooling technology that ensures consistently high braking performance. The brake rotor features a three-layer sandwich structure with stainless steel around an aluminum core. This allows for improved heat dissipation and lower surface temperatures. Meanwhile, the brake pads feature aluminum cooling fins that further optimize radiant properties. The disc design combined with cooling fins results in longer pad life, less noise during braking, less fading, and less weight.
