True to this heritage, the next generation of the drivetrain, Dyna-Sys, brings legendary quality, durability, and reliable performance. All this to meet the growing expectations of today's cyclists. Dynamic Systems Engineering in short Dyna-Sys is a comprehensive redesign of many thoughtful details and functions that appear as a whole, not just component parts. It unites the rider, the bike, and the trail into one. An intuitive combination of gears is important for the transfer of the rider's power through the drivetrain. Optimization of the approx. 32T sprocket as the Primary Driving Gear (main gear) allows cyclists to equip their bike with the latest shock absorbers, and even the steepest, muddiest trails will not shake the most stable Shimano drivetrain. MTB Dyna Sys 11 - the ability to use the entire 11-speed system without sacrificing essential rhythm. Improves rhythm thanks to rhythmic gear progression in the most frequently used range. Fewer front shifts thanks to an optimized number of front chainring teeth. Rider control of cadence and energy consumption thanks to a close rear gear difference. Efficient gear combination. Increased speed with the same effort. Multiple front gears maintain higher efficiency throughout the range.
