The SLX CS-M7100 combines a light spider construction and robust steel sprockets to provide durability and stiffness. This architecture reduces inertia and promotes more responsive acceleration while maintaining a good weight/strength ratio.
Thanks to the Hyperglide+ tooth profile and optimisation for Shimano chains, the cassette delivers smooth and precise gear changes, allowing continuous pedalling during shifts for maximum efficiency both uphill and downhill.
Specifically designed for Shimano drivetrains with a Micro Spline freehub, the CS-M7100 is intended for All Mountain and touring MTB use. It must be fitted with Micro Spline-compatible components to ensure optimal operation.
Available in a 12-speed configuration with the standard progression (10-12-14-16-18-21-24-28-32-36-40-45) and variants up to 10-51T, it offers a wide range to tackle steep climbs and fast sections while maintaining coherent transitions between cogs.
