Speed, lightness, aerodynamics, ergonomics, noise-free and, of course, no adjustment thanks to the revolutionary Yaw ? technology These are the main characteristics of the SRAM RED 22 groupset. Adding two gears to this set was apparently all that was missing. And now, without additional weight, SRAM Red 22 offers a system capable of shifting incredibly quickly up front and featuring the smoothest and most advanced transmissions at the rear. And, for the first time in the world, this system is available in 22 speeds. Without compromise or adjustment, these are 22 true speeds, whatever the combination. Welcome to SRAM RED 22! Super light and extremely quiet, the X-Glide 1190 cassette offers undeniably superior performance. A StealthRing elastomer sits between each sprocket to reduce vibration and noise. Cutouts on the rear sprocket further reduce weight and add stiffness. This final piece in the drivetrain puzzle, coupled with the new SRAM RED 22 rear derailleur, ensures ultra-fast and ultra-quiet gearshifts, always adapted. Characteristics : Hollow steel dome design is engineered for the stiffest gear set, even at the lightest weight High quality heat treated steel tool provides superior durability and improved finish StealthRing elastomers and sophisticated tooth profiles eliminate vibration and noise and ensure a smooth, quiet ride Aluminum sprocket: lighter, stiffer and stronger thanks to the choice of design, materials and production processes Material: High Quality Steel Sprocket Assembly, Heat Treated Aluminum, Lower Range Sprocket, Elastomer Chainrings Speed: 11 Speed Weight checked Alltricks: 162 gr (Weighed in 11-26)
