The large surface area of the cover distributes the tightening stresses over a larger surface area of the handlebar. This results in a reduced risk of crashing the handlebars and therefore greater safety. The part in contact with the pivot has rounded corners so as not to damage the carbon pivots. With an excellent weight / stiffness ratio, it is one of the lightest jib cranes in the world.
