The band is made from a robust elastic material that is tear-resistant, designed to retain its elasticity even after many uses. It is also washable, making maintenance after workouts easy.
Multiple resistance levels allow progression or adjustment of intensity: Orange ~7 kg, Red ~10 kg, Black ~15 kg, Blue ~20 kg. The colours make it easy to quickly recognise the desired resistance.
The band features integrated loops which provide multiple grip positions to vary exercises (pulls, assisted squats, arm and leg strengthening) and improve comfort and safety during training.
Each band measures 90 cm in length, with widths varying according to resistance (e.g. 2.5 cm to 6 cm) and a lightweight (from 40 g to 110 g depending on the model), making it an accessory that is easy to carry and slip into a sports bag.
Designed for toning and overall muscle strengthening, the band is suitable for home workouts, studio sessions or when travelling. Its versatility allows you to work the whole body (legs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms) while adjusting intensity by choosing the resistance.
