Lightweight. Dynamic. Tough enough to tackle any trail.
Sylvan Sidekick All Mountain wheels break the old rules to revolutionize mountain bike wheels. They use the same hub technology as our World Cup-winning DH Grappler Sidekick wheels, combined with lightweight, low-profile, and compliant asymmetric Sylvan All Mountain rims. The Sidekick hubs feature an adjustable dead spot that eliminates pedal kickback, improving suspension performance and filtering out drivetrain shocks and vibrations before they reach the rider. The Sylvan All Mountain rims are light and responsive, with asymmetric spoke anchoring to allow the use of lightweight spokes for maximum efficiency. Together, they deliver increased comfort, improved speed and control, and a lively ride feel that makes "wooden" wheels look outdated. Efficient and predictable suspension performance, increased traction and tracking, reduced rider fatigue, and near-silent hub operation create a more confident and immersive riding experience for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
Sidekick Anti-Kick Hub Technology Sidekick anti-kick hub technology with adjustable dead spot eliminates kickback and filters drivetrain vibration, improving ride feel and suspension performance.
Ultra-Smooth Sylvan Race Aluminum Rims The ultra-smooth, low-profile, asymmetrical Sylvan Race aluminum rims enhance comfort and control.
Race-Level Construction Hand-assembled with exacting precision, featuring Sapim D-light spokes and self-locking alloy nipples for ultimate performance and durability.
Wheels sold separately – Please add front and rear wheels to build a set.
