Unlock Your Swing Speed with Tecnifibre’s Carboflex Range
The Pinnacle of Performance Tecnifibre’s Carboflex range stands as the flagship of squash rackets, trusted by the world’s elite since its inception in 2004. Legends like Thierry Lincou and Vanessa Atkinson claimed World Championship titles and reached the pinnacle of world rankings with Carboflex in their arsenal. Today, stars such as Mohamed El Shorbagy and Nour El Sherbini continue this legacy, dominating the courts with these exceptional rackets.
Revolutionary Design The Carboflex range features a revolutionary monoshaft design that delivers an unparalleled blend of power and control. Continuously refined, the latest X-Top V2 models embody the pinnacle of this evolution. Drawing inspiration from professional players, the V2 series remains the premier monoshaft racket on the market.
Advanced Materials for Maximum Performance Engineered with aramid fibres—the same material used in bulletproof vests—at the racket's top, the Carboflex ensures maximum shock resistance. A PTFE (Teflon) treatment further enhances abrasion resistance and minimises friction during wall and floor contacts. This innovative combination surpasses the durability of traditional bumpers. The sleek, bumper-free frame with integrated grommets enhances racket acceleration and wall gliding, delivering extraordinary swing speed and reduced vibrations for ultimate comfort.
Data-Driven Innovation with TecniLab The Carboflex X-Top V2 range represents the first squash series developed using Tecnifibre’s TecniLab. Analysing data from thousands of players, Tecnifibre identified three player categories—intermediate, advanced, and expert/pro—each with distinct swing speeds, ball speeds, and accuracy needs. Swing speed was a key attribute of a player’s performance. Expert/Pro players had a higher swing speed, compared to that of the advanced and intermediate player categories. Tecnifibre have redesigned the X-Top V2 range to unlock a players swing speed and maximise their performance.
Which Carboflex Is Right For You? The latest Carboflex range introduces a 120g racket, the lightest ever developed. Alongside the 125 and 125 NS models, it features a speed shaft design for expert/pro players, maximising swing speed and power. For intermediate to advanced players, the 130 and 135 models boast a thicker jumbo shaft design, generating more power to compensate for lower swing speeds. The 135 model incorporates X-Short technology, shortening the racket by 1cm to boost manoeuvrability and swing speed, making it ideal for intermediate players seeking improved performance.
Superior String Technology A unique advantage of Tecnifibre squash rackets is their pre-strung setup with premium Tecnifibre strings. Leading the industry in squash strings since 1980, Tecnifibre continues to be the top choice of world champions. The Carboflex range (excluding junior and 135 models) comes pre-strung with Dynamix VP, Tecnifibre’s latest premium squash string. Enhanced with a vapour process, the polyamide fibres offer heightened elasticity, enabling players to generate more power. Combined with Tecnifibre’s exclusive PU 400 production for a 400% elasticity factor, Dynamix VP stands as Tecnifibre’s most powerful squash string.
