Torq Gel Cola Caffeine (with Guarana) is a concentrated, smooth-textured energy gel built on the 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio (Multiple Transportable Carbohydrates), allowing the body to absorb carbohydrate faster and in greater quantity than with a single traditional carbohydrate source. Each gel delivers 30 grams of carbohydrate (1 Torq Unit) plus all five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium). It is gluten-free, plant-based, purely flavoured and free from artificial colours or sweeteners, making it easier to digest during exercise. Use 2-3 Torq Units per hour, combined with Torq Energy Drink to cover fluid needs, as part of the Torq Fuelling System. This flavour also contains around 89mg of pure caffeine from guarana extract, for extra alertness and mental focus during long or demanding efforts.
