Torq Recovery Chocolate Mint is a post-exercise shake that supports the 4 R's of recovery: Rehydrate, Refuel, Repair and Recharge. The formula combines multiple-transportable carbohydrates with Whey Protein Isolate in the recommended 3:1 carbohydrate-to-protein ratio, which speeds up glycogen resynthesis. It also contains D-Ribose and L-Glutamine, two active ingredients that support the repair and recharging of fatigued muscle fibres and help support the immune system. The shake is purely flavoured with no artificial colours or sweeteners and is supplied in a convenient 50g single-serve sachet. Mix with water immediately after exercise.
