Hurdling or hurdle running, especially when combined with an agility ladder, is important in every sport, but particularly in soccer. The Umbro Hurdle Set allows you to train your overall fitness, jumping ability, general muscle strength, agility, running technique, coordination, speed, and footwork. This makes the hurdle set the perfect soccer training accessory for players of all ages. The set comes with 10 cones, 5 crossbars, and a convenient storage bag. You can use the hurdle set both indoors and outdoors and perform a variety of drills.
Multifunctional Hurdle Set
The Umbro Hurdle Set consists of 10 low cones with a diameter of 20.5 cm and 5 crossbars with a length of 54 cm. This allows you to perform a variety of drills that help you improve your overall fitness, running technique, and coordination: ideal for soccer training and running, for example. Run straight over the training cones with a step between each one, or walk sideways over the hurdles to work on your running technique and coordination. You can also use the Umbro hurdle set for various school sports and other games. For example, the cones can be used as field markers and the crossbars for gymnastic exercises.
Includes storage bag
When you've finished soccer practice or any other training session, you can quickly and easily store the Umbro hurdles in the included storage bag. This bag also makes it easy to take the training hurdles with you on vacation. This way, you can continue working on your technique and fitness even when you're away from home. Set up the hurdles, for example, at the campsite to warm up before a nice run by the water.
