1. What is the REVITY YOGA BLOCK?
Block, brick or yoga block—different names for the same product, and an essential tool for getting started with yoga. Yoga has become increasingly popular lately—and for good reason!
Mind–body training with a block has a positive effect on both the body and the mind. It reduces stress, improves circulation and breathing, increases flexibility and—most importantly—helps you relax.
2. Key information
- The block is made from high-density EVA foam—soft and comfortable to hold, yet shape-stable—so you can practise yoga comfortably and safely.
- Our block measures 23 × 7.5 × 15 cm and weighs 190 g.
- No sharp edges—making it safer and more comfortable to use. The rounded shape prevents painful pressure on the back or other body areas.
- The material is hypoallergenic—EVA foam is a composite polymer material that is well tolerated by people with allergies.
- You also receive a free PDF guide with instructions for 32 yoga exercises using the block and a yoga strap—so you can start training right away (we recommend using a strap and 2 blocks as a set).
3. FAQ – Frequently asked questions
3.1. Why is it worth starting yoga?
Yoga, Body Art, stretching, back training, Pilates—these are related activities where a block is often used as support. Many poses overlap across these styles. All of them are health-promoting and have an excellent effect on body and mind.
3.2. Who do we recommend yoga for?
In short: everyone. Yoga is especially appreciated by:
- people with a sedentary lifestyle who suffer from back and joint discomfort,
- women during pregnancy and after childbirth—inner calm helps manage hormonal changes and worries around the baby, and supports a safe return to fitness in the first months after birth,
- seniors who want to stay active—regular practice helps maintain physical and mental fitness for longer by continually stimulating the nervous system and muscles,
- anyone stressed by work and everyday pressure—which, these days, is most of us.
