Each band in this pack corresponds to a different level of resistance: 2, 3 or 4kg. These resistance levels represent the force required to stretch the band. The higher the resistance, the more you intensify the muscle workout and toning of your body. Conversely, with other exercises, the lower the resistance, the greater the instability – and therefore the greater the activation of your core muscles.

Your resistance bands will last longer if you follow these simple tips: - A damp cloth and some lukewarm water are all you need to clean them after use. - A little talcum powder now and then to maintain their properties. - Store in a cool, dark place at a temperature below 30°C to protect them. - To be avoided at all costs: leaving them in a car exposed to temperature fluctuations.
