Decathlon x ViVi capsule collection (limited edition in collaboration with Victoria Vergara)
On one side, longboard icon Victoria Vergara and her distinctive creative vision. On the other, Decathlon’s technical expertise. Together, they have created an exclusive limited edition, inspired by surfing and designed for performance. An unexpected and unique design where technical expertise is harnessed to create a radical look.
A signature collection
At the heart of the new capsule collection, a magnetic duo sets the tone: a hooded top and a skort with clean lines. Made from laminated Econyl®* fabric, their structured fit creates a distinctive silhouette, combining impeccable fit with absolute comfort. Alongside this core duo, three Brazilian bikinis round off the collection. Designed to flatter the female form, they combine sensuality with precise tailoring. Multi-position pieces offering an infinite variety of styles.
Colours
The collection plays on a clash of colours, where the intensity of fluorescent fuchsia pink and Jamaican green contrasts with the understated elegance of espresso brown. All brought to life with touches of bright yellow. Clean lines, a vibrant colour palette and a take on women’s surfwear that breaks away from clichés to offer a more timeless collection. The spirit of the collection is also reflected in a surf board and a selection of essential accessories: bath towel and parasol.
A collection built to withstand waves
Victoria shared her creative vision with Decathlon’s design teams – comprising stylists, product managers, pattern-makers and engineers – to create a distinctive collection with a bold character, combining a bold style with technical excellence, equally at home on the sand as it is in the line-up. From the choice of materials to the modular design and range of accessories, every piece has been designed to offer comfort, complete freedom of movement and absolute confidence in the water.
Decathlon’s know-how
True to the brand’s expertise, technical ingenuity is evident in every detail. To ensure this level of performance, the collection undergoes Decathlon’s own validation process: From the laboratories at the water sports design centre in the Basque Country to sessions out at sea, a panel of 12 female surfers tested and approved each model to ensure that the design stands up during your take-off.
An iconic and feminine bikini style
A key piece in any summer wardrobe, the tie-side briefs have been re-imagined as a thong in this exclusive Decathlon x Vivi capsule collection. Perfect for pairing with the triangle slip-on top, it’s a must-have for your beach outings. Its high cut on the legs, a hallmark of Victoria Vergara’s radical style, accentuates curves and visually elongates the leg, creating a slender, confident silhouette.
Water sports swimsuit
Whether you be a surfer or enjoy bathing in the sea, you don’t want to lose your swimsuit! This is why we test all our swimsuits in the waves. Each model is designed for surfing and perfectly suits other water sports: stand up paddle boarding, sailing, kite surfing, bathing, etc.
Comfortable swimsuit
We are working to show women’s bodies with one goal: to make women feel beautiful in our swimwear. The chest is not crushed, the bum is not highlighted and the cleavage is enhanced. Our mission is to ensure that every woman, whatever her body type or size, finds a swimming costume that suits her.
Dry sizing and wet sizing
To ensure a perfect fit in the water, it is important to choose the right size while you are dry because once they are in the water, swimsuits become looser. We therefore recommend you buy the correct size. The swimsuit needs to fit snugly against your body in the fitting room, and you should feel supported. The elastane content in certain components used in the design of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.
Do you want to exchange your swimsuit?
Is the size or style not suitable for you? would you like to exchange it at your Decathlon store? No problem, just be sure not to cut off the label of the swimsuit in case you want to exchange it.
