Who is this racket for?

With this racket's in-built technologies, you'll experience maximum power. That said, Adidas hasn't neglected comfort. They've added Soft Performance EVA foam which, combined with the 6K carbon, guarantees a great user experience.

So, if you're an advanced-level competitor and comfort and power are priorities for you, the Adidas Metalbone Carbon 3.3 is just what you need on the court.

Weight: 360-375 g.

The weight is measured in grammes. Just like the balance point, it impacts a racket's swingweight and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power you'll get, but the harder it will be to handle. Conversely, the lighter the racket, the easier it will be to handle, but the less powerful it will be.

Balance:top

This is the racket balance point, measured in millimetres from the bottom of the racket handle.

The larger the number (high balance), the more power and stability you'll get from the racket and the heavier it will feel (even if it's not a heavy racket). However, you'll have to give up some manoeuvrability. The smaller the number (low balance), the easier the racket will be to handle, but the less power and stability you'll get.

Head size: 485 cm²

This is the surface area of the racket head size measured in squared centimetres. It has an impact on the racket's forgiveness and power. The larger the head size, the more powerful and forgiving the racket is. The downside is less control. Conversely, the smaller the racket's head size, the greater the feeling of control, but the less powerful and forgiving it will be.

External material: 6K carbon fibre

6K carbon is one of the most flexible carbon fibres, which means that the ball bounces more with less effort (ball exit) on slower shots.
