Design details

Who is the Adidas Metalbone Team 3.4 racket made for?
The Adidas Metalbone Team 3.4 is designed for regular padel players who compete at a high level and have a powerful playing style. If that's you, then this racket is a must. Its sweet spot is positioned toward the head, which is perfect for smashes and other offensive shots since it creates leverage for incredible power.
Balance: top
"This is the racket balance point, measured in millimetres from the bottom of the racket handle. The larger the number (head-heavy balance), the more power and stability you'll get from the racket and the heavier it will feel (even if it's not a heavy racket). However, you'll have to give up some manoeuvrability. The smaller the number (grip biased or handle heavy), the easier the racket will be to handle, but the less power and stability you'll get."
Head size: 485 sq cm
This is the surface area of the racket head size measured in squared centimetres. It has an impact on the racket's forgiveness and power. The larger the head size, the more powerful and forgiving the racket is. The downside is less control. Conversely, the smaller the racket's head size, the greater the feeling of control, but the less powerful and forgiving it will be.
Weight: 360-375 g
The weight is measured in grams. Just like the balance point, the weight impacts a racket's swingweight and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power you'll get, but the harder it will be to handle. Conversely, the lighter the racket, the easier it will be to handle, but the less powerful it will be.
Internal material: Soft EVA Performance
The high-density Eva Soft Performance foam enhances the ball rebound and offers an incredible feel on impact without sacrificing power.
Structural Reinforcement technology
The Metalbone Team 3.3 has reinforcements around its entire edge to make it more resistant to the higher levels of torque it experiences throughout matches.
Spin Blade Gritt Technology
A rough racket surface (sandy) that helps you easily give the ball all sorts of spins and optimises your ball feel.
Smart Holes Curve technology
Holes laid out in a curve to optimise spin on impact.
