Barometric altimeter, depth gauge, 3-axis compass and temperature sensor
The barometric altimeter, with automatic GPS calibration or manual calibration, allows you to record elevation changes accurately. It also indicates the risk of storms by analysing barometric variations. Underwater, the depth gauge measures the depth of the dive accurately. The 3-axis compass lets you find your bearings regardless of the watch’s position, both in and out of the water. It can be locked to a specific bearing during a dive. The temperature sensor measures wrist temperature.
GPS
Multi-GNSS support: on the surface, mark the entry and exit points for your dives. When used in conjunction with the Garmin Dive app on your smartphone, it allows you to download, share and review your dives, as well as save the locations of your favourite dive sites.
Diving modes
4 diving modes: Single-gas – for recreational divers; multi-gas (Trimix or Nitrox) for the most advanced technical dives; CCR for closed-circuit dives; depth gauge, without a dive plan, used solely for depth monitoring. 12 modes for freediving: spearfishing, static, dynamic and pool … The diving modes are customisable: you can add whichever data fields you wish.
