The Cocoon MummyLiner Microfleece Dark Petrol is engineered to significantly boost the thermal performance of your sleeping system while keeping your gear clean and fresh. Perfect for cool-weather camping, alpine trekking, or multi-day backpacking trips, this lightweight liner adds substantial insulation without adding unnecessary bulk to your pack. Its tailored mummy design tapers toward the feet, fitting perfectly inside technical sleeping bags to eliminate cold spots and optimize heat retention throughout the night.
Crafted with a strong focus on user comfort and practical outdoor application, the fabric feels incredibly soft against the skin, offering an immediate sense of warmth when you climb inside. It effectively draws moisture away from the body, ensuring a dry and stable sleeping climate regardless of the conditions outside. The integrated hood features a sturdy drawcord that can be pulled tight on exceptionally chilly nights, providing adjustable protection for your head and neck. Beyond personal comfort, the liner acts as a protective barrier inside your sleeping bag, minimizing the need for frequent washing and thereby preserving the loft and technical integrity of your main sleeping bag.
Technically, high-performance microfleece is utilized due to its exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio. The structure of the material is highly efficient at trapping air within its fine fibers to create an insulating dead-air space, while maintaining a high level of breathability that prevents overheating. The hydrophobic properties of polyester microfleece mean that the fabric absorbs minimal moisture and dries remarkably fast, making it exceptionally easy to wash and dry on the go during extended wilderness expeditions.
